The MOI available here assigns responsibilities and procedures for nominating and selecting the Adjutant General’s Corps Officer, Warrant Officer, Noncommissioned Officer, Soldier, Senior Civilian / Civilian, and Spouse of the Year for calendar year 2021 (1 January 2021 – 31 December 2021). Nominations are due no later than 14 February 2022.
