1. DD93/SGLV REPORT AND RECORD REVIEW REPORTS – UPC UPGRADE.  From the HRC iPERMS Team: iPERMS has been upgraded to allow users to type or paste UPCs instead of using the UPC Picker. Copy and paste (or type) the UPCs in the text box (see graphic at the following link). 2. ARMY RESERVE PAY MESSAGES.

a. REQUESTING PAYMENT OF USAR BONUSES. The ePAT actions T-36-A-2 (Incentives Processing) and T-36-A-4 (Request for Manual Payment) were created for the development of the Reserve Incentives Management SubSystem (RIMS).  While these actions are active in ePAT, they are not linked to RIMS for payment processing.  Please do not use them. Requests for payment of USAR Bonuses should follow the current USARC G-8 pay guidance.  In addition, the Self Service site is still in development and is not active yet. b. ARMY RESERVE PAY MESSAGE 19-27, CHANGE TO DUTY CERTIFICATION PROCESS FOR ACTIVE DUTY ORDERS PAID BY THE USAR PAY CENTER (UPC). This message changes the duty certification process for AD orders paid manually by the UPC and the IMA/IRR Pay Team at Ft Knox. FORSCOM G-1, AG, HR Training and Assessment Team monitors HR metrics to review Essential Personnel Services (EPS) performance levels.  The following FORSCOM’s G-1/S-1s demonstrated their outstanding performance, dedication to duty, commitment to Readiness and most important taking care of Soldiers:  1st Army East and West, 2nd SFAB and 1st Armored Division Sustainment Brigade are leading the way in Personnel Records Review (PRR) (100%); NTC, 1st SFAB and 3rd Infantry Division Sustainment Brigade, lead the way in DD93/SGLV (100% accuracy and timeliness).  The 3rd Infantry Division, 4th Infantry Division, 7th Infantry Division, and the Joint Readiness Training Center are 100% in the Automated Meal Card Program.  The 82nd Airborne Division, 1st Cavalry Division, 1st Armored Division, 4th Infantry Division and 10th Mountain Division captured the most PERSTEMPO events.  https://www.milsuite.mil/book/docs/DOC-683037

Effective 10 October 2019 Soldiers authorized to receive dislocation allowance (DLA) may elect advance payment of their DLA entitlement even though they possess an individually billed account (IBA) travel charge card.
