2. AIM RESUME GUIDANCE – “A WAY” TO THINK OF CONSTRUCTING A RESUME. From HRC Officer Readiness Div: To help officers construct resumes, the attached resume guidance is being provided as one way to think about crafting your AIM2 resume.  There is no one “right” way. This is “a way” and not the only way. Feedback from the field varies. Some units prefer short and concise (bullet format) while other units prefer long and detailed (narrative format). Craft your resume to illustrate your experiences/skills and tailor it to your prospective positions.  https://www.milsuite.mil/book/docs/DOC-675677

3. 42A MONTHLY UPDATE, OCTOBER 2019. From AG Proponency:  HR Professionals, please see attached 42A Monthly Update for October 2019. Wanted to highlight the following topics. 5. UPDATE ON MEDICAL OPERATIONAL DATA SYSTEM (MODS) MIGRATION TO ARMY ANALYTICS GROUP (AAG). From OTSG: The MODS migration to AAG was completed 12 Sep 19.  Initial stabilization was achieved within approximately 5 days, however intermittent system performance issues remained.  One significant problem MODS encountered was the failure of Individual Medical Readiness (IMR) data to load properly into all of the MEDPROS/IMR applications, which caused Readiness reporting to be incorrect (off by approximately 2%).  As of 27 Sep 19, the vendor remediated the identified application issue, and is working to validate Full Operational Capability.  https://www.milsuite.mil/book/docs/DOC-676099

AG Corps Hall of Fame & Distinguished Members of the Corps MOI for 2020

FROM THE ADJUTANT GENERAL SCHOOL:

HR Leaders,

Attached at the bottom is the 2020 AG Corps Hall of Fame (HOF) and Distinguished Member of the Corps (DMOC) MOI with enclosures.

Based on feedback from the field and the 2019 HOF / DMOC panels, we have made some changes for the 2020 program.

1.  All HOF nominations must include a minimum of TWO endorsements.  The cover letter / narrative from the individual making the nomination does NOT count as one of those endorsements.

2.  We’ve extended the deadline from 21 December to 10 January to allow additional time over the holidays to complete the nomination packets.

3.  We developed a new nomination form for both HOF and DMOC to ensure we capture all required data.

Mr. Dave Smoot now has the lead for the HOF / DMOC Programs, please send all nomination packets and questions to him at david.a.smoot4.ctr@mail.mil, or 803-751-5854.

DEFEND AND SERVE!
