Army HR Leaders (Present and Past),

On behalf of COL Neal F. McIntyre, 19th Chief of the Adjutant General’s Corps, it gives me great pleasure to announce the selection of the 2017 Class of the AG Corps Hall of Fame (HOF).

The 2017 AG Corps HOF inductees are:

COL (Ret) Thomas H. Palmatier
COL (Ret) Joseph E. Pedone
COL (Ret) Arthur A. Strange III
CW5 (Ret) Tommy W. Daughtry
CW5 (Ret) Edwin Nieves-Beauchamp
CSM (Ret) Darlene C. Hagood
CSM (Ret) Freddie Lash

The AG Corps Hall of Fame officially opened on 11 June 2010.  The AG Corps Hall of Fame exists to recognize and honor persons who have made positive, lasting and significant contributions to the AG Corps.  AG Corps HOF members are honored with a permanent display in the AG Corps Hall of Honor at the Adjutant General School, Fort Jackson, SC.

AG Corps HOF inductee selections were made by a board comprised of currently serving and HOF AG Corps senior leaders, with Board Member representation from our Officer, Warrant Officer and Enlisted ranks.  AG Corps HOF selection is made based on the criteria of inductees accomplishing positive, lasting and significant contributions that truly perpetuate the history and traditions of the U.S. Army Adjutant General’s Corps.  AG Corps HOF inductees are recognized using the last rank held on active duty.

The AG School will honor and recognize the achievements of the 2017 AG Corps HOF Class during the AG Corps HOF Induction Ceremony, 23 June 2017, at Fort Jackson, SC.  The National AG Ball will also be executed the evening of 23 June 2017 at the DoubleTree Hotel & Convention Center, Columbia, SC (formal announcement and details are forthcoming).

Please note that the 2017 AG Corps Distinguished Members of the Regiment (DMOR) will be announced soon.  AG Corps DMOR members will also be recognized at the AG Corps HOF Induction Ceremony on 23 June 2017 and honored with a permanent display in the AG Corps Hall of Honor at the Adjutant General School.

Again, congratulations to the 2017 Class of the AG Corps Hall of Fame.
