2. DEPARTMENT OF THE ARMY STRATEGIC LANGUAGE LIST (SLL) FOR GENERAL PURPOSE FORCES, 13 NOV 19. The USARC G-8 Pay Management Division (PMD) will post HDIP and SDAP reports on the G8 SharePoint page weekly. HDIP includes Aviation Incentive Pay (AvIP), incentive pay for aircrew and non-aircrew members and parachute duty. The reports are tools to assist Commanders, ARAs and RPAC personnel in identifying Soldiers whose HDIP or SDAP orders need to be initiated, certified, reissued, or terminated. This message outlines changes to the requirements for filing General Officer (GO) official photos in the Army Military Human Resource Record (AMHRR).  In accordance with AR 600-8-104, official Army photos are required to be captured in the interactive Personnel Electronic Records Management System (iPERMS) and moved to the service folder for permanent filing upon separation from service. 1. ARMY COMBAT FITNESS TEST (ACFT) GUIDANCE FOR PROFILING OFFICERS PREPARING OR UPDATING PERMANENT PROFILES, 16 OCT 19. From OTSG: HQDA EXORD 219-18 established the ACFT as the new physical performance measurement.  FRAGO 6 to that EXORD indicated that Soldiers who are on Permanent Profile will participate in the ACFT to their maximum ability. The FRAGO also tasked medical providers with modifying or revising current permanent profiles to include which events of the ACFT 6-event test that a Soldier is able to participate – given their physical limitations. OTSG staff have provided a memorandum that outlines the steps which profiling officers can use in revising permanent profiles.  Permanent profiles will be reviewed during FY20 prior to a Soldier’s initial scheduled ACFT.  https://www.milsuite.mil/book/docs/DOC-688500

1. ARMY’S SUBSTANCE ABUSE PROGRAM DRUG TESTING AND SCREENING PROCESSES. From Army G-1 SHARP, Ready and Resilient: This is a reminder to all Army Leaders that current Drug Testing policy requires Commanders to test all Soldiers on an annual basis.  Soldiers not tested by the end of the 3rd Quarter of each Fiscal Year will undergo a urinalysis during the 4th Quarter.
