National AG Ball 2023 – Save the Date!

Please save the date for the Adjutant General’s Corps National Ball, scheduled for Thursday, June 15th, at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center, 1101 Lincoln Street, Columbia, SC.

The National AG Ball is on a Thursday this year just ahead of a four day training holiday that starts on June 16th.

Ball ticket and registration information will be provided at a later date.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

On behalf of the Potomac Chapter of the Adjutant General’s Corps Regimental Association, we cordially invite you to attend the 2022 Potomac Chapter Adjutant General’s Ball, Saturday, October 1, 2022 at the Ritz-Carlton Pentagon City. Our theme this year is: “PEOPLE FIRST – Celebrating the #1 Priority for our Corps and our Army.“

We invite and encourage members of all branches to join us for this premier event. We are honored to have SGM Mark Clark Jr., Deputy Chief of Staff, G-1 Sergeant Major as our guest speaker with LTG Douglas Stitt, Deputy Chief of Staff, G-1, also providing remarks.

Cocktail Hour begins @ 6:00pm and the Formal Program begins @ 7:00pm. The attire for the event is Formal (Military: AGSU’s/ASU’s/Dress Mess | Civilian: Formal Equivalent). The event will serve plated gourmet dinners in the options of Chicken or Vegetarian.

$100 – Mid-Level (E7-E8/CPT/CW3/GS 12-14)

The National Ball
Prepare yourself for the best in military pomp and circumstance, and even we can only hope Horatio Gates himself would be honored to attend. On June 3, 2022, we will convene at the largest event venue available in AGCRA’s headquarters home of Columbia, South Carolina, the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center at 1101 Lincoln Street.

Attendance
Expect the Ball to be at capacity, for as much as we wish every member could attend, the lucky 800 who will be able to participate is the maximum allowed. Fortunately, there are 14 hotels within a mile of the convention center. Please make sure to get your reservations in now so you have a place to stay.
