1. AG SCHOOL OPEN ENROLLMENT FOR THE FALL 2018 ITERATION OF THE AGS CREDENTIALING PROGRAM. The Adjutant General School (AGS) is pleased to announce open enrollment for the Fall 2018 iteration of the AGS Credentialing Program.  Qualified CMF/AOC 42 Soldiers, from all components, may apply for the opportunity to participate in the credentialing program.  Increased opportunities are available during this iteration; Soldiers who previously applied and were not selected are encouraged to reapply. 2. CURRENT iPERMS BATCH PROCESSING STANDARDS. From HRC Army Soldier Records Branch: Batches scanned into the AA/AV Domains in iPERMS are processed within 30 calendar days. Priority is given to batches with “BOARD” in the comment / container field. Board batches are processed within 3 duty days. Ensure only documents for Soldiers who are within the 60 day window of a board are included in Board batches. 4. IPPS-A PAY ERROR RESOLUTION GUIDE. From the IPPS-A Team: The purpose of this guide is to outline Pay Error Resolution beginning with Release 2 and set the conditions for enhancements in Release 3 based on the persistent outbound interface between the Integrated Personnel Pay System-Army (IPPS-A) and Defense Joint Military PaySystem-Reserve Component (DJMS-RC) during the transitional period. 5. SERVICEMEMBERS’ GROUP LIFE INSURANCE ONLINE ENROLLMENT SYSTEM (SOES) UPDATE. From CMAOD:  As of 24 Sept 2018, the Army has confirmed and certified a total of 766,451 SGLV forms in SOES across all Components: Active Duty 91.34% (427,794), Army Reserve 68.55% (129,832) and Army National Guard 62.44% (208,825). The Total Army is currently 21.11% behind glide path, primarily due to lower certification levels in the Reserve Components for SOES implementation. 6. MASTER LEADER COURSE (MLC) ATTENDANCE OPPORTUNITIES – FORT DIX NCOA. The Noncommissioned Officers Academy (NCOA) Fort Dix has opportunities for Soldiers in the rank of SFC (non-promotable) to attend the Master Leader Course (MLC) for ATRRS Class 19-001 and 19-002.  USAR-AGR and Regular Army promotable SFC’s must go through HRC’s Schools Branch for support to attend MLC. 1. IPPS-A FRAGO 4 (DATA STRATEGY) TO HQDA EXORD 009-16 (DRAFT). From the IPPS-A Team: Attached for review is the latest draft of FRAGO 4 (Data Strategy) to HQDA EXORD 009-16. These important documents direct the MACOMs to ensure data correctness between ATMS, eMILPO, DFAS and DJMS. 2. EXCEPTIONS TO POLICY ON USING PATRIOT EXPRESS (AE CMD MEMO 2018-037), 28 AUG 18. This memorandum from the USAREUR CG provides guidance to leaders in the rank of colonel (06) or equivalent regarding exemptions for Soldiers and their Family members from using Patriot Express (PE) when arriving at or departing from USAREUR units in Germany. This memorandum provides guidance and sample justifications for the use of commercial air transportation instead of PE. Although this memorandum does not contain an all-inclusive list of justifications for granting ETPs, it provides leaders with a flexible framework to approve the use of commercial air transportation instead of PE when appropriate. 6. 200TH REGIMENT (LEADERSHIP) AVAILABLE COURSES (ARNG). The 200th Regiment (Leadership), Fort McClellan, AL is looking for motivated National Guard Soldiers who desire to enhance their career by attending Officer Candidate School (OCS) or Warrant Officer Candidate School (WOCS).  As a Total Army School System (TASS), the 200th RTI runs an accelerated and a traditional OCS program conducted in three phases.  The 200th RTI also conducts a 31B MOS-T reclassification course for anyone who desires to reclassify into the 31B MOS, and multiple 12N (Engineer) MOS-T reclassification courses throughout the year. On 24 Aug 18, the USARC DCS G-1 signed the policy which provides procedures for tracking and processing requests for DD Forms 214 and DD Forms 215 (Correction to DD Form 214). This process will facilitate the issuance of the DD Form 214 for Army Reserve Soldiers completing 90 or more days active duty orders.  Soldiers are required to completely inprocess at the start of the order and outprocess at the end of the order.
