2. CIVILIAN HUMAN RESOURCES AGENCY (CHRA) CAREER SKILLS PROGRAM MILITARY INTERNSHIPS NOW AVAILABLE! From SFL-TAP: Attention Separating Soldiers! The CHRA Career Skills Program, Military Internship is accepting applications!  The US Army has approved a CHRA Military Internship Career Skills Program for separating Active Duty Soldiers with Commander-approval to participate in a 4-month internship in preparation for a Federal Career with the US Army as an HR Classifier or HR Assistant.  Applications are being accepted 15-30 April 2019.  Limited slots are available. 3. RESERVE PAY MESSAGE 19-11, (UPDATED) AUTOMATION OF ASSIGNMENT OF UNIT PAYROLL NUMBERS. The USARC G8 Pay Center is automating the assignment of Payroll Numbers (PRN). This initiative will result in ALL units receiving a new PRN. THE 3D U.S. INFANTRY REGIMENT (THE OLD GUARD) IS SEEKING HIGHLY MOTIVATED ACTIVE DUTY OFFICERS.  Located at Joint Base Myer Henderson-Hall in Arlington, VA, The Old Guard is the oldest active Infantry Regiment in the U.S. Army. The unit serves as the Official Escort to the President of the United States and is our nation’s premier Memorial Affairs and Ceremonial Unit. In addition, The Old Guard is charged with the defense of the National Capital region. The Regiment is primarily Infantry (current vacancies for 1LT/CPT/MAJ), but opportunities currently exist as well for Military Intelligence (CPT), Armor, Military Police, Chemical, and Transportation officers (1LT’s). Abrams, United States Army, Retired. He passed away on 20 August 2018 at the age of 71 in Bethesda, Maryland.

The NCO Leadership Center of Excellence (NCOL CoE) and the U.S Army Sergeants Major Academy (USASMA) Fellowship Program is targeted for Sergeants Major who have potential and a strong desire to be an educator of future Sergeants Major. Selected candidates will pursue a Master’s Degree in Lifelong Learning and Adult Education through Pennsylvania State University (Penn State) or a Master’s Degree in Instructional Design, Development and Evaluation from Syracuse University. Both degree programs are 30 semester hour online programs. The provisions of this directive describe command notification requirements for healthcare providers treating Soldiers who are voluntarily seeking alcohol-related behavioral healthcare.
