1. POSTAL SUPPORT TO OVERSEAS PATRONS. From the DA Postal Program Manager: This post is an update to the ongoing concern regarding postal support to overseas patrons. The Department of Defense is continuing its review of overseas patrons authorized to use the Military Postal Service (MPS), Army Postal will continue all MPS support for overseas patrons. The Department expects to complete its review in December and is assessing both fiscal and Host Nation Agreement authorizations for MPS Patron categories. This will be followed by a policy decision, which is expected in spring 2023. MPSA and the Army Postal Program Offices are closely monitoring this review and will continue to push more information as it becomes available. https://www.milsuite.mil/book/
