2. DEPLOYMENT READINESS DATA FEED INTERRUPTION. From OTSG: The Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC) which provides Medical Operational Data System (MODS) with deployment data records halted the distribution of deployment data to the military services as of June 2018.  These data records are used to determine DHA requirements, target windows, and Deployment IMR Deferments.   Deployment information through the end of May 2018 is the most recent data available in MODS.  The Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC) system is tentatively set to start sharing the Soldier deployment data record from OIF, OEF, and OND in early March 2019 (DMDC is unable to provide a specific date). a. NEW!! FORSCOM G-1 HR TRAINING AND ASSESSMENT BRANCH (HR-TAB) TOPIC. This topic, under the leadership of CW5 Maria Martinez and CW2(P) Williams Anaab, has been established on S1NET to allow collaboration and communication between the HR-TAB and the field (FORSCOM units) on areas under the responsibility of the HR-TAB. b. FORSCOM MILPAY AUDIT OVERVIEW AND ORDERS. From the FORSCOM HR-TAB: FY19 Army Milpay Audits kick off is March 2019! The FORSCOM Milpay Audit Team is here to assist FORSCOM units to respond to audit samples during the Independent Public Accountant (IPA) audits. Auditability activities will focus on statutory and regulatory compliance, strength of internal controls, documentation to support transactions (key supporting documents (KSD)), required corrective actions and areas for process improvements. FORSCOM Internal Review (IR) Office is the Audit Readiness Lead at FORSCOM HQs. The Milpay Audit Team provides assistance and guidance to the field on how to respond to IPA sample requests through FORSCOM G-1 AG Training and Assessment Team, Corps G-1s and Division G-1s POCs. a. ARMY DIRECTIVE 2019-07, ARMY DENTAL READINESS AND DEPLOYABILITY, 25 FEB 19. Individual Soldier readiness directly affects unit readiness and our ability to meet combatant commander requirements. This directive implements changes to dental readiness policy to enhance the readiness of all units. The Potomac Chapter is excited to announce a Discussion Panel on Enlisted Strength Management.  Guest panel members are SGM Pamela Duggan, EMPD SGM; SGM Mark Clark, DMPM SGM; and AGCRA Hall of Fame member, SGM (R) Gerald Purcell.
