3. 30 UNDER 30 LEADER DEVELOPERS AWARD. From the Center for Junior Officers:  This annual award is designed to recognize top cadets and junior officers who have demonstrated excellence in the “Develops Others” realm of leadership. Army units, and the junior officers in them, represent hundreds of small laboratories for leader development, with people testing new ideas, activities, tools, and approaches. Identifying those officers that are developing and employing effective leader development practices or approaches, recognizing them, and sharing their insights is something that can help inspire others and help improve leader development across the Army. 4. CENTER FOR JUNIOR OFFICERS LEADERSHIP FELLOWS PROGRAM – 2022 COHORT. The Center for Junior Officers is now accepting applications for the 2022 cohort of Leadership Fellows. The Leadership Fellows Program is an unpaid, non-resident fellowship sponsored by the Center for Junior Officers.  The purpose of the Leadership Fellows Program is to create and support a cadre of junior officers who voluntarily produce developmental content for the broader junior officer corps within the Army. The program entails the selection of both Leadership Fellows (O1-O3; WO1-CW2), and Cadets and Senior Fellows (current or former senior military leaders or civilian professionals from any industry).
