The Army’s goal is to reduce the number of global individual augmentation to no more than 450 over the next five years, in order to improve unit readiness.  In support of EXORD 045-19 the FORSCOM G-3/5/7 is conducting a survey of Soldiers currently deployed for a WIAS position filled by FORSCOM. Soldiers filling positions are asked to complete the survey NLT 11 Dec 18 if possible for the first round of analysis, but if that is not possible to complete by 11 Dec 18 please still complete the survey as this is an on-going project. The survey may be accessed directly at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/MNBTCZB. More information is available at the following link on S1NET.  https://www.milsuite.mil/book/message/789860

3. BLENDED RETIREMENT SYSTEM OPT-IN DEADLINE APPROACHING. Soldiers eligible to opt-in to the BRS have until Dec. 31 to decide whether to opt-in to BRS or remain with the legacy retirement system.
