1. ATTENTION: PENNSYLVANIA, VIRGINIA, AND D.C ARMY NATIONAL GUARD SOLDIERS, YOU NOW HAVE ACCESS TO THE IPPS-A MOBILE APP! From the IPPS-A Team: The U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Mobile Team completed their screening process and approved the IPPS-A mobile app and is available on the TRADOC Application Gateway (TAG). The IPPS-A app will be made available to Soldier’s in other States when they have entered the window to begin IPPS-A training as part of Release 2. 2. COMMANDERS SUSPECTED SUICIDE EVENT REPORT. From the Army G-1 Army Resiliency Directorate: Commanders from all components will complete and submit a signed and encrypted DA Form 7747, Commanders Suspected Suicide Event Report, to the DCS, G-1, ARD, ATTN: Suicide Prevention at: usarmy.pentagon.hqda-dcs-g-1.mbx.csser@mail.mil, on every suicide or equivocal death which is being investigated as a possible suicide. Active duty units are required to submit an initial report within 5 days following a death and all units (to include ARNG and USAR) are required to submit a completed report within 30 days. i. MILPER MESSAGE 19-053, TITLE IMMEDIATE REENLISTMENT PROHIBITION (IMREPR) CODE, ISSUED: [2/11/2019 1:31:32 PM]. This message applies to Regular Army, enlisted Soldiers only, and lists and defines IMREPR codes.  The RETAIN system is the only system for making IMREPR code updates other than IMREPR codes 9B, 9E, 9V, and 9Z, which are controlled by electronic Military Personnel Office (eMILPO) flagging actions.
