2. 2019 GRATEFUL NATION AWARD NOMINATIONS. From HRC Awards and Decorations Branch: Update – the deadline for submitting nominations for this award has been extended to 15 September 2019. The Department of the Army is accepting nominations for the 2019 Grateful Nation Award on behalf of the Jewish Institute of National Security Affairs (JINSA). This award recognizes one member from each of the five branches of the Armed Services of the United States and one from the United States Special Operations Command for distinguishing himself or herself by exceptional service in the performance of duties that contribute to our national security.  JINSA will make the final selection.  https://www.milsuite.mil/book/docs/DOC-643291

a. FORSCOM G-1/S-1s AUGUST RECOGNITION ROLL. The following FORSCOM’s G-1/S-1s continue to demonstrate their outstanding performance, dedication to duty and commitment to Readiness and to taking care of Soldiers by staying in the Recognition Roll for three consecutive months:  National Training Center Support Brigade is leading the way in Personnel Records Review (PRR) (above 99%); 17th Field Artillery Brigade, 1st Security Force Assistance Brigade, and 35th Signal Brigade lead the way in DD93/SGLV (100% accountability).  The 1st Armored Division, 10th Mountain Division, 3rd Infantry Division, and the National Training Center achieved the 95% goal in the Automated Meal Card Program.  The 1st BCT, 82nd ABND did an excellent job capturing PERSTEMPO days within 30 days from their CTC rotation.  https://www.milsuite.mil/book/docs/DOC-655310

a. ALARACT 055/2019, RESCIND COMMAND LOGISTICS REVIEW PROGRAM (CLRP) POLICY, DTG: R 081950Z AUG 19. The purpose of this message is to inform the Army community that the CLRP Policy, AR 11-1, and DA form 4965, CLRP Observation Worksheet are rescinded effective 30 September 2019. Army Antiterrorism Communication Synchronization seeks to take care of the troops by instilling Army-wide heightened awareness and vigilance to prevent and protect the Army community and critical resources from terrorist activities. The FA 26 KNB selection panel convenes 22-24 Oct 19 to consider eligible Colonels, promotable Lieutenant Colonels, Lieutenant Colonel and promotable Majors (MAJ) for assignment to KNB positions. a. FORSCOM WIAS HIGH PRIORITY POSITIONS, UPDATED A/O 29 JUL 19. The positions at the following link are considered a priority fill above all of our other requirements due to their overdue status, and we will accommodate a minimum 30 day reporting window for all positions listed.
