1. AG CORPS OFFICER, WARRANT OFFICER, NONCOMMISSIONED OFFICER, SOLDIER, SENIOR CIVILIAN, CIVILIAN, AND SPOUSE OF THE YEAR AWARD PROGRAM MEMORANDUM OF INSTRUCTION (MOI) FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2022. This MOI assigns responsibilities and procedures for nominating and selecting the Adjutant General’s Corps Officer, Warrant Officer (WO), Noncommissioned Officer (NCO), Soldier, Senior Civilian I Civilian, and Spouse of the Year for calendar year 2022 (1 January 2022 – 31 December 2022). The major Army organizations listed within this MOI are requested to establish procedures to select their respective AGC award nominees. 2. ARMY-WIDE IPPS-A SEMINAR SERIES – BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE & DATA ANALYTICS 13&15 DEC 2022 AT 1300. Provide Business Intelligence & Data Analytic sessions to the field IOT demonstrate and answer questions that field users may regarding the capability/functionality within the BI/Analytics tools within IPPS-A. 5. UNITED STATES ARMY RESERVE OFFICER PROFESSIONAL MILITARY EDUCATION (PME) PRIORITIZATION ISO OPERATION SHAPING TOMORROW, 12 DEC 22. USAR, and subordinate echelons, are not exercising adequate oversight of the timely career management/progression of the CPT & MAJ cohorts. Due to this lack of oversight, there is no meaningful management of the scheduling of Professional Military Education (PME) for CPTs and MAJs at the MSC, and subordinate, echelons. Further, the data shows that a significant number of officers are not attending school within established career map guidelines creating a backlog and increasing the population of CPTs and MAJs who are now in promotion peril. 6. DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY AND PROCEDURES FOR PROMOTION BOARD RESULTS NOTIFICATION OF ARMY RESERVE TROOP PROGRAM UNIT (TPU) OFFICERS – CHANGE 1, 9 DEC 22.
