1. CENTER FOR ARMY LESSONS LEARNED (CALL) SURVEY FOR JUNIOR LEADERSHIP. From CALL: CALL has created a survey to gather information and data on Section/Squad level leadership. We are looking for Soldiers in the rank of SSG-CSM from all components to complete this survey. The answers will be used to produce a Handbook for Tactical (SGT-SSG) Leaders. The survey has seven questions and only takes a few minutes to complete. a. MILPER MESSAGE 19-054, TITLE ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE FISCAL YEAR 2019 (FY19), CHIEF OF ENGINEERS ADVISORY BOARD (AB), ISSUED: [2/12/2019 2:48:56 PM]. An advisory board is scheduled to convene on or about 7 May 19 to recommend candidates for appointment as the Chief of Engineers, United States Army, and appointment to the grade of lieutenant general.
