1. DELAY OF FY19 MSG PROMOTION BOARD (REGULAR ARMY (RA)/UNITED STATES ARMY RESERVE (USAR) ACTIVE GUARD RESERVE (AGR)). Due to impending structure requirement modifications, the FY19 AC and USAR AGR MSG Board will be delayed until 1 May 19. This delay ensures the promotion selection mission will be properly established and NCO promotion requirements will be achieved. 2. COMMANDER PORTAL (WITHIN MODS MEDICAL READINESS PORTAL) TRAINING REQUIREMENTS – ACCESS RESTRICTION 1 FEB 2019. From OTSG: G-37 MR plans to suspend Commander Portal access to all users of the portal who have not completed the appropriate training by 1 Feb 19. All users are required to complete Joint Knowledge Course DHA-US062 to obtain or retain access. 3. ARMY SISTER SERVICE PERIODIC HEALTH ASSESSMENT (PHA) USER GUIDE. From OTSG: The “Army Sister Service PHA User Guide” is now available at the following link. 4. ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE CY 2018 ORDER OF DAEDALIANS BG CARL I. HUTTON MEMORIAL AND THE US ARMY EXCEPTIONAL AVIATOR AWARDS. The Order of Daedalians, the national fraternity of military pilots, presents the US Army two awards annually to recognize safe flying practices and exceptional Aviators.  In 1978, they established the BG Carl I. Hutton Memorial Award, and in 1999, they established the US Army Exceptional Aviator Award. 5. 2018 HEALTH RELATED BEHAVIORS SURVEY (HRBS). Many of you received an invitation in Oct 18 (email and U.S. Postal Service) soliciting your participation in the 2018 Health Related Behaviors Survey (HRBS). The HRBS is a confidential survey that was designed by the RAND Corporation to assist the DoD in collecting measureable data related to service member behaviors and lifestyles that has the potential to influence Personnel Readiness. Request your support participating in this survey to assist DoD in collecting data to assist the Services in mitigating high-risk behaviors as well as preserving Personnel Readiness.  Survey is administered online and will take approximately 20 minutes to complete.  https://www.milsuite.mil/book/message/794233

The FBINA is a professional course of study that serves to improve the administration of justice in police departments and agencies at home and abroad and to raise law enforcement standards, knowledge, and cooperation worldwide through instruction in law enforcement and related subjects. The FBINA selection panel will nominate four primary attendees and 10 alternates which are distributed among two distinct groups:  (1) Military Police branch commissioned officers and (2) United States Army Criminal Investigation Division Command (USACIDC) criminal investigators.
