2. UPDATED AOC/MOS SHORTAGE LISTING FOR FY19-20 ACTIVE COMPONENT MANNING GUIDANCE (ACMG). From Army G-1 Readiness and Distribution: Per the ACMG, unit prioritization guides the distribution of personnel with attention to Soldiers in low density career fields.  As a result, lower priority units can expect to receive fewer Army-wide shortage AOC/MOS Soldiers.  The listing of the current shortage MOSs and AOCs, with expected fill rates, are provided in Annex C attached at the following link.  https://www.milsuite.mil/book/docs/DOC-451360

a. E-MIL PAY MESSAGE 19-005, RE-ALIGNMENT OF THE JOINT TRAVEL REGULATION (JTR), 17 JAN 19. This message provides information on an administrative/policy change to the Joint Travel Regulations (JTR). Effective December 2018, the JTR was reduced to six (6) chapters and two appendices. The JTR will focus in implementing policy and laws establishing per diem, travel and transportation allowances of Uniformed Service members and Department of Defense (DoD) civilian travelers only. The housing and station allowances found in Chapters 8-10 will no longer be under the Per Diem, Travel and Transportation Allowance Committee Charter.  However, they will continue to be housed through the JTR as a separate Quick Link in the Defense Travel Management Office’s website until transferred to another Regulation.  https://www.milsuite.mil/book/docs/DOC-568330

All positions are open to all Army Components unless otherwise specified.  This post lists positions which are overdue and are critical vacancies. They are considered a priority fill above all of our other requirements due to their overdue status, and we will accommodate a minimum 30 day reporting window for all positions listed.
