2. 2020 FEDERAL EMPLOYEE VIEWPOINT SURVEY LAUNCHED 15 SEPTEMBER. After a short delay, the 2020 Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS), administered by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), launched for Army Civilians on 15 September and will close on 27 October. This year, all Army Civilians who are full-time or part-time, permanent, non-political, non-seasonal, appropriated fund employees, and onboard with the Army as of October 2019 will receive an invitation to complete the FEVS. 3. HACK YOUR STUDY TIME: BOOST YOUR MEMORY BY MAXIMIZING YOUR STUDY EFFORTS. From the Fort Bragg Performance Center, posted by the Army Resilience Directorate: Do you ever notice some things like facts, numbers, and names are easier to remember than others? When we learn new information, the bigger, more relevant details are going to be easier to remember. This is true, whether in a classroom or doing hands-on learning. If we want to be able to recall all the details, though, we need to be actively engaged in the learning process. Otherwise, what we learn at that moment will likely stay in that study session and won’t transfer into long-term memory to be recalled later on. There are multiple ways to be engaged in learning.
