1. EVALUATIONS, WHY THERE CAN NO LONGER BE APFTs OVER 12 MONTHS OLD ON OER/NCOER/AER. 2. EXTENSION OF THE EXCEPTION TO POLICY TO MAINTAIN ANNUAL LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY AND FOREIGN LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY BONUS (FLPB) FOR SOLDIERS AND CIVILIANS AFFECTED BY CORONAVIRUS 2019. From HRC Incentives and Compensation Branch: The Army G2 has released updated guidance for Soldiers and Civilians who had their FLPB pay eligibility affected by the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19). The guidance is retroactive to 25 February 2020 and remains in effect until 30 June 2021 and applies to all Components. Soldiers and Civilians that have had their annual recertification cancelled or rescheduled due to the COVID-19 pandemic are authorized a 12 month extension of their FLPB. 3. ARMY RESERVE (AR) DATA CORRECTNESS CAMPAIGN. From the IPPS-A Team: The “Data Correctness Campaign” (DCC) is an attempt to remediate blank, invalid, or mismatched data. The Data Quality Indices are used to identify blanks or errors (invalid) within several systems of record when data fields are left blank by two or more databases having conflicting or different information (mismatched). This is very helpful as it pinpoints specific issues for assigned personnel and saves time for Records Managers while correcting those issues.
