1. AWARD RECOMMENDATIONS FOR MEMBERS OF OTHER MILITARY SERVICES. From HRC Awards and Decorations Branch: Over recent months, the Awards and Decorations Branch at U.S. Army Human Resources Command has identified what appears to be an increasing number of conflicts regarding the policy permitting Soldiers to receive awards approved by the other U.S. Military Services and permitting Army commanders to approve awards for other Service members – particularly in conjunction with temporary attachments. 3. UPDATE: MODS MIGRATION to AAG RESCHEDULED. From OTSG: Please be advised the 19-22 Jul 2019 Medical Operational Data System (MODS) migration to Army Analytics Group (AAG) will NOT occur this weekend due to ongoing technical issues. 4. AIM2 MER TRAINING – GETTING THE MOST OUT OF KSBs. Army Talent Management will conduct training for Active Component (AC) Unit Strength Managers on the AIM2 Mission Essential Requirements (MER) and leveraging Knowledge, Skills, Behaviors and Preferences (KSB-P) list on 30 JUL and 1 AUG 2019 using DCS Connect. The purpose is to provide training on applying KSB-P in AIM2 for the upcoming AC 20-02 Distribution Cycle. Sessions will be recorded and posted for training purposes. 5. HRC OPMD ACTIVE COMPONENT DISTRIBUTION CYCLE 20-02 PRE-MER & AIM2. HRC Officer Readiness Division Active Component Account Managers will send Distribution Cycle 20-02 Mission Essential Requirements (MER) letters and Assignment Interactive Module 2.0 (AIM2) information on 2 August 2019 to establish unit requirements for officer assignments from 01 APR 2020 to 30 SEP 2020. 6. ASSIGNMENT INTERACTIVE MODULE 2 (AIM 2) MARKETPLACE TRAINING. MILPER MESSAGE 19-205, UNIT ARMOR AND CAVALRY LEADERSHIP AWARD, ISSUED: [7/15/2019 9:48:22 AM]. the Office of the Chief of Armor (OCOA) announces the annual submissions for the Unit Armor and Cavalry Leadership Award (ACLA).  The award recognizes the most outstanding Armor Company or Cavalry Troop of each Division.  The unit award is presented on an annual basis to a deserving organization selected by the Division or separate unit Regimental Commander.  https://www.hrc.army.mil/Milper/19-205

b. MILPER MESSAGE 19-206, FISCAL YEAR (FY) 2020 ENLISTED AIDE SELECTION PANEL ANNOUNCEMENT MESSAGE, ISSUED: [7/16/2019 12:13:59 PM]. A selection panel will convene no earlier than 11 Nov 19 to consider eligible Soldiers in the rank of SGT (promotable only), SSG, SFC, and MSG that apply for consideration into the Enlisted Aide Program.  Soldiers that apply for consideration must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.  In addition, Soldiers must be deployable. d. MILPER MESSAGE 19-208, FY20, 20-02 PROJECT WARRIOR PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA AND SELECTION PROCESS FOR OFFICERS, ISSUED: [7/17/2019 9:25:52 AM]. Project Warrior (PW) is an Army program with the objective to infuse observations and experiences gained from multiple, immersive Combat Training Center (CTC) rotations and First Army (1A) exercises back into the Army Professional Military Education (PME) system as instructors.  The Army selects highly qualified Officers to serve as Observer-Coach/Trainers (OC/T) assigned to a CTC or 1A, followed by selection to serve as Small Group Leaders (SGL) at a TRADOC Center of Excellence (COE). The program’s objective is to fill TRADOC PW-designated positions at the COEs with high performing Officers who have excelled in key leadership positions while in the Operating Force, and as OC/Ts in the CTCs.
