Priority is given to batches with “BOARD” in the comment / container field. Board batches are processed within 3 duty days. Ensure only documents for Soldiers who are within the 60 day window of a board are included in Board batches. 5. SERVICEMEMBERS’ GROUP LIFE INSURANCE ONLINE ENROLLMENT SYSTEM (SOES) UPDATE. From CMAOD: As of 24 Sept 2018, the Army has confirmed and certified a total of 766,451 SGLV forms in SOES across all Components: Active Duty 91.34% (427,794), Army Reserve 68.55% (129,832) and Army National Guard 62.44% (208,825). The Total Army is currently 21.11% behind glide path, primarily due to lower certification levels in the Reserve Components for SOES implementation.
