1. (AC) MAXIMIZE THE POWER OF AIM2 KSB-PS FOR YOUR RESUME. From The Army Talent Management Task Force (ATMTF): In March of 2019 the Assignment Interactive Model 2.0 (AIM2) employed a new function allowing officers to self-profess Knowledge, Skills, Behaviors, and Preferences (KSB-Ps). This new capability enables officers to identify and select KSB-Ps which will help officers differentiate themselves from their peers. AIM2 facilitates the Army Talent Alignment Process (ATAP) by identifying officer and unit preferences through a detailed understanding of each officer’s unique talents and the unit’s desired KSB-Ps. Generally, the cumulative length of absence from civilian employment cannot exceed 5 years; this rule is known as the 5 year cumulative service year limit.
