1. FRAGMENTARY ORDER 011 (UPDATED GUIDANCE) TO OPERATION ORDER 21-075 UNITED STATES ARMY RESERVE COMMAND (USARC) MANDATORY CORONAVIRUS DISEASE 2019 (COVID-19) VACCINATION PROGRAM, DTG: 111300ZMAY22. This order supersedes USARC OPORD 21-019 and all subsequent FRAGORDs. This (updated) order addresses Secretary of the Army implementation of Reference 3, COVID-19 Vaccination of Department of Defense Service Members, dated 24 AUG 2021. Civilian employees who are also members of the reserve and not on active-duty orders will complete vaccination in accordance with published civilian employee vaccination guidelines. 2. ARMY RESERVE MAJOR SUBORDINATE COMMANDS (MSC) AUTHORITY TO PUBLISH HAZARDOUS DUTY INCENTIVE PAY (HDIP) ORDERS, 12 MAY 22. From the USARC G-1: This is a change to the procedures in USAR Pamphlet 37-1, Section VIII, concerning Hazardous Duty Incentive Pay (HDIP) orders published by the Readiness Divisions. In early July, not only do we celebrate our country’s Declaration of Independence, but we will also declare six students as winners of a $1000 AGCRA scholarship, making that education dream a little easier to attain. This message announces the AY 2022-2023 Army People Seminar and provides application instructions. This professional development seminar will institutionalize the principles of the Army People Strategy.
