a. ARMY DIRECTIVE 2018–16, SUITABILITY CRITERIA FOR MILITARY PERSONNEL IN SPECIFIED POSITIONS, 8 NOV 18. This directive applies to the Regular Army (RA), Army National Guard (ARNG)/Army National Guard of the United States (ARNGUS), and U.S. Army Reserve (USAR). a. MILPER MESSAGE 18-372, REQUIREMENT TO UPLOAD SEPARATION PACKETS IN THE INTERACTIVE PERSONNEL ELECTRONIC RECORDS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, ISSUED: [11/20/2018 8:08:26 AM]. This message clarifies the responsibility for uploading Soldier separation packets to iPERMS for permanent filing in Army Military Human Resource Records (AMHRR). All Soldier separation packets will be web uploaded to iPERMS by the servicing transition center upon the generation of the final separation document(s) – DD 214, NGB 22, and/or separation order. If Soldiers do not separate through a transition center, the office responsible for generating the final separation documents will web upload the separation packet to iPERMS. This message establishes the requirement and procedures to upload all classified Army Military Human Resource Records (AMHRR) up to the classification level of “SECRET/NOFORN” in the interactive Personnel Electronic Records Management System – Secure (iPERMS-S). a. FORSCOM WIAS HIGH PRIORITY POSITIONS. We continue to recruit all Army component Soldiers for missions around the globe. All positions are open to all Army Components unless otherwise specified.  This post lists positions which are overdue and are critical vacancies. They are considered a priority fill above all of our other requirements due to their overdue status, and we will accommodate a minimum 30 day reporting window for all positions listed. Our full working list of requirements is also attached for full visibility. Please be advised this is a working list that is tasked to our Corps and MSCs and cannot be promised to applicants without a complete packet.
