Adjutant General's Corps Regimental Association

Update, 25 February 2020

1. REQUESTS FOR UNIT TRAINING FROM HRC ASSIGNMENT INTERACTIVE MODULE 2.0 (AIM2) INTEGRATION TEAM. Units may request AIM2 training for their units, officers, and staff. Training generally covers an overview of the distribution process and the officer/unit Army Talent Alignment Process (ATAP) responsibilities in AIM2. The AIM2 Integration Team is available for VTC/DCS Connect sessions.  In limited cases, TDY sessions can be scheduled for on-site training (these are more feasible if the requesting unit will fund the travel). To request training please visit the following link.  https://www.milsuite.mil/book/docs/DOC-609865

2. THE COMMANDER’S DISASTER PERSONNEL ACCOUNTABILITY TOOL: ADPAAS. For the past 12 years, HQDA has used ADPAAS to account for Soldiers, civilians, Army-affiliated OCONUS contractors and their authorized DEERS dependents during natural and man-made disasters.  Commanders also direct annual exercises to test their Command ADPAAS programs for reliability. ADPAAS covers not only CONUS disasters and evacuations in-conjunction with FEMA but also OCONUS disasters and evacuations in-conjunction with Department of State. The evacuation zones and designated safe havens are identified in associated evacuation orders with entitlement information and lines of accounting provided via ADPAAS.  Still, there are many Commanders and Commands who are not aware of ADPAAS capabilities or how ADPAAS can assist them in personnel accountability. Visit the new Army G-1 Personnel Contingency Cell topic on S1NET for more information.  https://www.milsuite.mil/book/docs/DOC-736641

3. FOR ALL UNITS PARTICIPATING IN DEFENDER EUROPE 20. All commercial ticket information must be forwarded to the 16TH Sustainment Brigade HROB mailbox usarmy.baumholder.16-sust-bde.list.spo-hrob@mail.mil prior to personnel departing CONUS ISO Defender Europe 20. If this information is not provided, personnel accountability will not be captured at the aerial port of debarkation (APOD), and a TRN file will not be created or uploaded into DTAS.  Unit S-1s should be prepared to input their own Soldiers into DTAS upon arrival to theater, especially when utilizing commercial travel when arriving or departing the DEFENDER EUROPE 20 AO. https://www.milsuite.mil/book/thread/226884
