2. ENHANCED DD93/SGLV REPORT IN iPERMS. From HRC Army Soldier Records Branch: The DD93/SGLV Report in iPERMS has been enhanced to show whether or not the Soldier’s SGLV 8286 in iPERMS was received from SOES or another method. The SGLV 8286 from SOES should show up on the report in iPERMS the day after the Soldier hits save in SOES. Manual SGLV 8286s for zero coverage could take up to 30 days to show up on the report in iPERMS.  https://www.milsuite.mil/book/message/799893

3. ATMS TO eMILPO/HRC WEAPONS DATA ADJUSTMENT MESSAGES. From HRC Field Systems Branch:  Based on lessons learned from the first AC junior enlisted promotion board cycle following the data linkage of DTMS and eMILPO, HRC and TRADOC are working to implement refinements to their processes. The data transfer is being modified to include designation of the primary individual weapon, if one has been recorded in DTMS by the unit.  If a primary individual weapon is not been recorded in DTMS, then eMILPO will continue to use the procedures outlined in AR 600-8-19 to select which weapon qualification will be used for Promotion Point Worksheet (PPW). These refinements are being currently tested by technical staff and are expected to be completed during the week of 25 Feb – 1 Mar. Visit the following link for more information.  https://www.milsuite.mil/book/message/799934

4. SOES UPDATE FEBRUARY 2019. From the Army SOES Team:  Units are reaping the rewards of appointing their mandatory Site Security Managers for SOES, as it has improved the financial and mission readiness of Solders and their Families. See the full message about the new DD Form 2875 to request SOES SSM access, the improved iPERMS DD93/SGLV Unit Summary Report, and other useful bits of information at the following link:  https://www.milsuite.mil/book/docs/DOC-585955

From SSI TDD: The Soldier Support Institute (SSI), Training Development Directorate (TDD), in collaboration with and support of the AG School (AGS) and the Financial Management School (FMS), developed and maintains WTSPs to support Human Resources (HR) and Financial Management (FM) unit training.  The S1NET Message for 22 Feb announced the WTSPs, but the post on S1NET provided some incorrect links for locating the WTSP.
