a. ARMY DIRECTIVE 2019-13, RESPONSE TO MAJOR JUVENILE MISCONDUCT AND REFERRAL OF CIVILIAN CRIMINAL OFFENSES TO CIVILIAN AUTHORITIES, 21 MAR 19. This directive establishes policies and procedures for the Army’s response to major juvenile offenses occurring on Army installations, as well as the referral of both adult and juvenile criminal cases to civilian authorities. This directive applies to the Regular Army, Army National Guard/Army National Guard of the Unites States, and U.S. Army Reserve. d. MILPER MESSAGE 19-102, ENLISTED TO MEDICAL DEGREE PREPARATORY PROGRAM (EMDP2) ARMY BOARD REQUIREMENTS COHORT 7 2020 MATRICULATING CLASS, ISSUED: [3/25/2019 1:56:14 PM]. This message provides general information, eligibility, application requirements, and waivers for the Army’s selection to the Enlisted to Medical Degree Preparatory Program (EMDP2). The EMDP2 is a post-baccalaureate 2-year resident training program for select, qualified Regular Army (RA) enlisted Soldiers to complete additional coursework necessary to prepare for the medical college admission test (MCAT), and to meet the course prerequisites for medical school admission.  https://www.hrc.army.mil/Milper/19-102

a. DOES ANYONE HAVE A BETTER EXAMPLE OF AN ELECTION OF RIGHTS FOR SEPARATION (ARNG)? “Attached (following link) is the format we are using when we separate Soldiers under AR 135-178, chapter 12-1. We ripped it right from the jaws of the reg and I am finding that Soldiers are frequently misunderstanding what portions they need to initial vs not.  When they do this it makes me, the commander, and the JAG wonder what their intent is, I do not have the time to discuss “hanging chad” on every discharge.
