1. COVID-19 PUBLIC AFFAIRS SURVEY #2. From the Army G-3/5/7: During the period of 23 July through 7 AUG 2020, Army Public Affairs is conducting a survey of Department of the Army personnel on Army command information efforts related to COVID-19. Approximately 53,000 Soldiers and civilians across the Army were sent invitations to complete the survey via Enterprise Email on 23 July. Each invitation includes a URL and survey access code that is specific to the recipient. If you were not part of the sample population there is no ability to OPT IN to this survey. Commanders, public affairs professionals and S1s are encouraged to amplify the existence of the survey and encourage their Soldiers and Civilians log into their Enterprise Email and complete this survey, if invited. 2. ASSIGNMENT INTERACTIVE MODULE 2 (AIM 2) ATAP 21-02 MISSION ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS (MER) TRAINING. Officer Personnel Management Directorate, US Army Human Resources Command, will conduct training for Active Component (AC) Unit Strength Managers on the AIM2 Mission Essential Requirements (MER) list on 4 – 6 and 11 – 13 August 2020 using Microsoft Teams. 3. HRC OPMD ARMY TALENT ALIGNMENT PROCESS (ATAP) 21-02 PRE-MER MESSAGE. Account Managers will send the Army Talent Alignment Process (ATAP) 21-02 Mission Essential Requirements (MER) letters and Assignment Interactive Module 2.0 (AIM2) information on 31 July 2020. 4. (AC AG OFFICERS) INDUSTRY BASED BROADENING SEMINAR’S (IB2 LOG) FOCUSED ON LOGISTICS AND LEVERAGING ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING SYSTEMS FOR AG OFFICERS AND WARRANT OFFICERS. From the AG Proponent: CASCOM, in collaboration with the Institute for Defense and Business, conducts Industry Based Broadening Seminar’s focused on Logistics and leveraging Enterprise Resource Planning Systems to improve readiness across the Army. There is a virtual seminar scheduled to begin on 26 October that will be conducted over a 4 week period. This opportunity is open to Active Component (AC) MOS 420A CW3s, and CW4s, and AOC 42 CPTs and MAJs.  CW2s will be considered based on experience. Currently there are 6 slots available for the first class and 20 for the second class. Officers who wish to attend will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.  This is a short-notice opportunity and names must be submitted to CASCOM no later than close of business on Friday, July 31st. This message is the FY 2021 announcement of the Interservice Physician Assistant Program (IPAP) board and solicits applications from regular Army (RA) for enlisted, commissioned officers, and warrant officers.  Applicants from the United States Army Reserve (USAR) enlisted, commissioned officers and warrant officers may apply to be on the Order of Merit List for a Reserve seat in an FY 2022 class.
