1. ACCEPTANCE AND WEAR OF THE NORTH ATLANTIC TREATY ORGANIZATION (NATO) MEDAL FOR NATO MISSION IRAQ. From HRC Awards and Decorations Branch: The Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense (Manpower and Reserve Affairs) has announced the acceptance and wear of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Medal for NATO Mission Iraq, effective 4 Jun 19. Soldiers must have met NATO Medal eligibility criteria and been awarded the medal by NATO Headquarters or a NATO Theater Commander who has been delegated award authority. 2. EXTENSION OF ETP FOR OVERSEAS SERVICE RIBBON ELIGIBILITY FOR SERVICE IN SUPPORT OF OPERATION ATLANTIC RESOLVE. From HRC Awards and Decorations Branch:  The Deputy Chief of Staff, G1 has extended an exception to policy (ETP) to award the Overseas Service Ribbon (OSR) to all Soldiers deployed to Europe (regardless of specific location) for at least 270-consecutive days (9 months) in support of Operation Atlantic Resolve (OAR), retroactive to 3 April 2014. 3. FORSCOM WIAS HIGH PRIORITY POSITIONS FOR ARNORTH. FORSCOM is currently recruiting Officers and NCOs for ARNORTH ISO SW Border Operations and Hurricane Contingency Operations. All positions are open to all Army Components. Active and Reserve Component Soldiers (Compo 2 and 3) will deploy on TDY orders for 120 days beginning in August. The U.S. Army Public Health Center (APHC) is hosting the 2019 Army Public Health (PH) Course (ATRRS course # 2608-A0102) at Joint Base Mcguire-Dix-Lakehurst (JBMDL), NJ, 27 July – 02 August 2019. The 2019 course theme is Public Health: Readiness, Relevance, and Rigor. The audience for the course is AMEDD officers (72 series, 71B, 64 A-Z, 66B, 60C/D, 640A); AMEDD NCOs (68 R/SsTt); and DOD civilians serving in Public Health positions at all staff and command levels.
