1. CIVILIAN FORUM AND CAREER PROGRAMS FOR THE ASSOCIATION OF THE UNITED STATES ARMY 2020 VIRTUAL ANNUAL MEETING (AUSA NOW). The Civilian Forum theme is “The Time Is Now for Army Civilian Talent Management,” and will feature Dr. Casey Wardynski, ASA M&RA, as the keynote speaker and a panel discussing the Army People Strategy (APS) Strategic Outcomes of READY, DIVERSE, PROFESSIONAL, and INTEGRATED. The virtual Civilian Forum is Wednesday, 14 October, 1445-1530 EDT. Ten Career Programs will also be participating with presentations on Tuesday, 13 October and Thursday, 15 October. 3. ARMY DISASTER PERSONNEL ACCOUNTABILITY AND ASSESSMENT SYSTEM (ADPAAS) QUARTERLY NEWS, 4TH QTR 2020. The Army Disaster Personnel Accountability and Assessment System (ADPAAS) is the Army’s system of record for disaster personnel accountability. 5. FY21 USAR AMEDD INCENTIVES POLICY – EFFECTIVE 1 OCTOBER 2020. Significant Changes: USAR AMEDD CWSL is reduced from 42 to 32 specialties from FY20 to FY21, USAR AMEDD Bonus Incentives are restricted to 5 out of the 32 eligible specialties due to budget constraints, and incorporates the Reserve Incentive Management Subsystem (RIMS) to the incentives process. https://www.milsuite.mil/book/docs/DOC-877105

USAREUR and USARAF will host a combined virtual presentation / Town Hall for ILE students on 6 October 2020 at 1300 Central Standard Time.  The virtual Town Hall will be conducted through Commercial Virtual Remote (CVR) Microsoft (MS) Teams.  Senior leaders from USAREUR and USARAF will provide information and answer questions about career opportunities and the quality of life an assignment in Europe with USAREUR has to offer.
