1. ARMY GREEN SERVICE UNIFORM (AGSU) IMPLEMENTATION AND TRANSITION STRATEGY, 1 JUN 20. From the Army G-1 Uniform Policy: The attached memo (at the following link) from the Army G-1 announces the implementation and bridging strategy for the Army’s transition to the Army Green Service Uniform (AGSU). The memo also articulates guidance regarding wear of the AGSU during the transition period. Soldiers who currently possess the AGSU may immediately begin wearing AGSU as their service uniform, in accordance with (IAW) the implementing instructions detailed in this memo. The AGSU will be available for purchase at the Army/Air Force Exchange late third quarter Fiscal Year (FY) 2020 for currently serving Soldiers. Initial entry Soldiers may expect to receive the uniform late fourth quarter FY 2020. The mandatory wear-in date, for all three Army components, is 1 October 2027 (FY 2028). The ASU wear-out date, for all three Army components, is 30 September 2027. 2. SAMPLE RESTRICTED MOVEMENT EXEMPTION – PROFESSIONAL MILITARY EDUCATION. From the Army G-1 PCC:  FRAGO 29 to EXORD 144-20 advised that PME programs are exempt from travel restrictions and do not require an exception to policy (ETP) to attend in either a PCS or TDY status. It also states that personnel exempt from travel restrictions must travel with a signed memorandum from their supervisor or servicing personnel office that states the reason for exemption. 4. IPPS-A WEBINAR SERIES: MTOE CHANGE PREP (PART 1) – 04 JUNE 2020. Attached at the following link are the webinar CONOP and read-ahead deck for the IPPS-A webinar on MTOE Change Prep (Part 1). Attendees are encouraged to reference the CONOP for DCS dial-in information and review the read-ahead deck prior to the session.
