2. DEPLOYED THEATER ACCOUNTABILITY SYSTEM (DTAS) AND TACTICAL PERSONNEL SYSTEM (TPS) TRAINING VIA DCS REQUIRED FOR ALL UNITS PARTICIPATING IN DEFENDER 2020. HRC will conduct DTAS and TPS distance learning training using the Defense Collaboration Services (DCS) for all units participating in DEFENDER 2020. Units in Europe and the Pacific are required to receive this training from HRC prior to deployment. 3. (USAR) CHANGE 1 TO FISCAL YEAR 2020 ELECTRONIC BASED DISTRIBUTED LEARNING (EBDL) POLICY AND GUIDANCE, 28 OCT 19. Among other changes, this memo advises that no more than 12 total ADADLs will be performed by any one individual per year.  https://www.milsuite.mil/book/docs/DOC-672832

4. VIEW DD 93s WITH SIGNATURES AND “BLANK” OERS. From the HRC iPERMS Team: With the new iPERMS 2 release there are issues with the viewer showing signatures on the DD 93 and some OERs are appearing blank in the record. 5. FY20 ARMY RESERVE HEALTH PROFESSIONS SPECIAL AND INCENTIVE PAY PLAN (USAR AMEDD INCENTIVES POLICY). The FY20 Army Reserve Health Professions Special and Incentive (HPS&I) Pay Plan, also known as the USAR AMEDD Incentives Policy is now in effect.  It supersedes the FY19 policy and has an effective date of 1 October 2019.  https://www.milsuite.mil/book/docs/DOC-690657

6. FY20 USAR AMEDD CRITICAL WARTIME SHORTAGE LIST. The FY20 USAR AMEDD Critical Wartime Shortage List (CWSL) dated 25 October 2019 is attached at the following link. 8. WAIVER TO TECHNICAL BULLETIN – MEDICAL (TB MED) 530, TRI-SERVICE FOOD CODE, FOR STORAGE AND MANAGEMENT OF BREASTMILK DURING FIELD TRAINING AND MOBILITY EXERCISES, 16 OCT 19. This memo from US Army MEDCOM provides the approved waiver to TB MED 530, as it relates to field food operations. For award of the MSM, ARCOM, and AAM use bullet statements to list the individual’s meritorious achievements or Service in block 20, DA Form 638.
