1. 2020 PRE-CRITICAL TASK SITE SELECTION SURVEY FOR AG LTS, CPTS, AND THEIR FIRST LINE SUPERVISORS. The Adjutant General School is excited to announce the launching of the 2020 Pre-Critical Task Site Selection Survey for AG LTs, CPTs, and their first line supervisors which will be opened for the period 2 – 23 October 2020.  This survey is the field’s voice to the schoolhouse on what tasks are critical to performance for lieutenants and captains within CMF 42. Simply go to the following link and read the instructions.  The entire survey should take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. Your input is important to ensure continued quality training within AG School courses.

2. NEW PATTERN FOR U.S. ARMY’S OPERATIONAL CAMOUFLAGE PATTERN (OCP) ARMY COMBAT UNIFORM (ACU) RANK INSIGNIA, BADGES, NAME, AND SERVICE TAPES.  From Army G-1 Uniform Policy:  U.S. Army’s OCP ACU rank insignia, badges, name, and service tapes will now feature a lighter pattern to increase readability and make it easier to recognize a Soldier’s rank. The Army and Air Force Exchange Service has already begun to transition inventories to the new three-color pattern name and service tapes. The three-color insignia name tags should be in the inventory and available to Soldiers by Nov 2020. The current seven-color background rank insignia, badges, name, and service tapes are and will remain, authorized for wear.

3. RECORDING OF ARMY PHYSICAL FITNESS TEST (APFT) AND WEAPON SCORES INTO DIGITAL TRAINING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (DTMS) – AS OF 02 OCT 2020. From HRC Enlisted Promotions: The purpose of this post is to provide clarity to Commanders and their designated users to record and adjust training readiness data for their unit and its Soldiers through DTMS. APFT, HT/WT and individual weapon qualification data will be recorded in DTMS by system users. For Regular Army, all transactions for training readiness data (APFT, weapons qualification and HT/WT) will be entered into DTMS by the unit DTMS manager NLT the 5th calendar day of each month to accurately reflect in the automated Promotion Point Worksheet. If the 5th calendar day falls on a non-duty Day, then data must be completed on the last duty day before the 5th Calendar day. Read more at the following link.

4. ARMY RESERVE PAY MESSAGE 20-33, SEP 2020 UNIT PAY REPORTS. The Sep 2020 Unit Commander’s Pay Management Report (UCPMR) and the Sep 2020 Master Military Pay Account (MMPA) 2405 reports are available in RLAS for downloading.

5. ARMY RESERVE FLAG SNAPSHOT – SEPTEMBER 2020. The Army Reserve Flag snapshot for the month of September is attached.  Commands may access their specific flag data in RCMS inside the Rucksack under the Shared Reports option.


a. CHANGE 1 – FISCAL YEAR 2021 HUMAN RESOURCES READINESS TRAINING, 99TH READINESS DIVISION:  This four-day course will assist USAR Soldiers and Civilians who utilize Human Resources (HR) systems to review and process personnel actions. The registration process has changed, and to reserve a seat within one of the classes registration is available via the Class Schedule Utility (CSU) tool in the Reserve Component Manpower System (RCMS). Note:  To maintain edit-access to eSRB, it is mandatory to take the eSRB class.

b. XVIII AIRBORNE CORPS (XVIII ABC)- FT. BRAGG 21-02 ASSIGNMENT OPPORTUNITIES. “America’s Contingency Corps” is seeking knowledgeable, innovative, and confident Officers to fill high demand positions within the XVIII Airborne Corps Headquarters during this 21-02 manning cycle.  The positions available are located at Fort Bragg, North Carolina home of Airborne and Special Operations. c. THE 101ST COMBAT AVIATION BRIGADE WANTS YOU! The 101st Combat Aviation Brigade (Air Assault!), Fort Campbell, KY is looking to fill numerous KD Positions for multiple branches (AV, EW, SC, MC, MS, LG) for both officers and warrant officers across the force in the 21-02 manning cycle. The most diverse, largest and most storied CAB in the Army, the “Wings of Destiny” offers a unique opportunity to work outside of the normal BCT and Sustainment Brigades.
