1. HRC DISTRIBUTION CYCLE 20-01 ACTIVE COMPONENT MER REPRIORITIZATION MESSAGE, 6 MAY 19. HRC Officer Readiness Division Active Component (AC) Distribution Cycle 20-01 Mission Essential Requirements (MER) Reprioritization will open in AIM2 on 7 May 2019 to establish unit requirements during 20-01 Course Correction for Active Component (AC) Officer assignments from 01 October 2019 to 31 March 2020. 2. HRMQC SEATS AVAILABLE (ARNG/USAR COURSE – ONLY). Seats are available in the following Human Resources Management Qualification Courses (HRMQC): Class 004-19, 5-16 August 2019, Fort Jackson, SC, and Class 703-19, 9-20 September 2019, Fort Belvoir, VA. a. 82D AIRBORNE DIVISION ADJUTANT GENERAL UNIVERSITY. On May 2nd the 82D Airborne Division G1 HROC hosted its fifth session in 2019 of Adjutant General University (AGU) that consists of one full day of hands on training for all ranks.  The topics covered this session included enlisted promotions, mail merge, and IPPS-A. b. NOMINATION FOR DISTINGUISHED AND HONORARY MEMBERS OF THE 3D U.S. INFANTRY REGIMENT (“THE OLD GUARD”) DUE 31 MAY 2019. This program is designed to recognize persons for their contribution and service to the Regiment and the Nation. Distinguished Members of the Regiment (DMOR) provide a link for today’s Soldiers to the Regiment’s storied past. The primary mission of these special appointees is to perpetuate the history and traditions of the Regiment, thereby enhancing unit morale and esprit de corps. The DMOR program is open to any current or former members of any unit assigned or attached to the 3d U.S. Infantry Regiment (“The Old Guard”).  The Honorary Members of the Regiment (HMOR) program is designed to recognize non-Regimental members for their service to the Regiment and the Nation.
