MEMORANDUM FOR Chapter Presidents
Subject: Temporary Pause of AGCRA Award Submissions Until 1 September
Dear Chapter Leaders,
I hope this message finds you well. As we continue efforts to improve the AGCRA Awards Program and address current administrative changes, we are placing a temporary pause on all new award submissions, until 1 September 2025. This decision was made to allow time to:
• Clear the existing backlog of pending awards.
• Await the arrival of a new shipment of award medals.
• Automate Awards process for more transparency.
• Select a new NEC VP of Awards.
We will resume accepting nominations on 1 September. We understand this pause may affect some of your planned recognition events, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and support. Our goal is to ensure every award is processed and presented with the timeliness and honor it deserves. If you have any questions or time-sensitive concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us at Awards@agcra.com.
