Photo Credit:  To the IPPS-A Public Affairs Office.  Soldiers in this photo are WO1 Kristine Wills and MSG Kevin Marquis.  WO1 Wills is the HR Systems Branch Chief of the Arizona Army National Guard (AZARNG) and Assistant Region Chair of Region 7 of the Multiple Systems Transformation Advisory Group (MSTAG).  MSG Kevin Marquis is the HR Systems NCOIC of the Minnesota Army National Guard (MNARNG).  The MSTAG has been involved in IPPS-A since the beginning.

Soldiering in garrison creates conflict between maintaining critical primary MOS skills and supporting administrative taskings and other training distractors, especially for low density and support personnel.
