Official AGCRA policy

Discord Community Guidelines

These rules apply to the official AGCRA Community on Discord. They protect members, preserve professional discussion, and explain how moderation decisions are handled.

Effective June 19, 2026

Community rules

  1. Use your authorized account

Access the community through your own AGCRA and Discord accounts. Do not share access, impersonate another person, or misrepresent an official position.

  2. Treat people with respect

Harassment, threats, bullying, discriminatory conduct, personal attacks, and targeted intimidation are prohibited. Disagreement must remain professional and focused on the issue.

  3. Protect privacy and security

Do not disclose personal information, private communications, credentials, controlled information, classified information, or operationally sensitive military information without authorization.

  4. Keep content lawful and appropriate

Do not post illegal, fraudulent, obscene, malicious, or deceptive material, including scams, malware, spam, or content that violates another person's rights.

  5. Use channels for their intended purpose

Follow channel topics, moderator directions, and chapter or event access boundaries. Do not create unauthorized advertising, mass solicitations, or disruptive mentions.

  6. Do not present personal posts as official statements

Only authorized representatives may publish official AGCRA communications. Personal opinions must not imply endorsement by AGCRA or a military organization.

Member-content disclaimer

Views and comments expressed by individual members are their own and do not necessarily represent the official positions of AGCRA, the United States Army, the Department of Defense, or the United States Government. Member content is not an official military communication or endorsement.

Moderation and enforcement

AGCRA moderators may remove content, issue a warning, apply a temporary timeout or suspension, or permanently remove a member from the Discord community. The response will be based on the severity, context, and history of the conduct.

Minor or first-time issues normally receive progressive discipline. Threats, harassment, privacy exposure, illegal conduct, security risks, or other serious violations may result in immediate suspension or removal without prior warnings.

Moderation applies to conduct, not viewpoint. Members should follow moderator directions while a decision or appeal is being reviewed.

Reporting and appeals

Report a concern privately through the Discord help channel or the AGCRA contact page. Include the message link, date, channel, and a brief description when possible. Do not repost harmful content in a public channel.

A member may use the same contact route to request review of a moderation decision. Permanent removals are reviewed by authorized AGCRA leadership when practicable.
