To honor the 107th birthday of the U.S. Army Warrant Officer Corps, the Warrant Officers of the Adjutant General School created a spirited and heartfelt tribute video that celebrates the legacy, professionalism, and enduring impact of the Corps.
Led by CW3 Jessica Recinos and CW3 Latina Baxter, the video effort brought together Warrant Officers assigned to the AG School, with valuable support from Warrant Officers currently attending as students. Together, they produced a dynamic salute that blended tradition with personal messages of pride and purpose. From birthday shout-outs to reflections on leadership, service, and legacy, the video showcases the unique contributions of Warrant Officers to the Army Human Resources enterprise.
More than a celebration, the video served as a reaffirmation of the Warrant Officer mission. Through their technical expertise, mentorship, and unwavering commitment to excellence, AG School Warrant Officers demonstrated how they continue to strengthen the Army HR community every day.
The video premiered on 9 July in celebration of the Army Warrant Officer Corps’ birthday and was later shared across AGCRA platforms, drawing enthusiastic engagement and appreciation from current and retired Warrant Officers alike.
The 107th anniversary is not only a time to reflect on the founding of the Warrant Officer Corps in 1918, but also to recognize the Corps’ evolving role in a modern, data-driven Army. This creative salute from the AG School reflects just that—an enduring respect for tradition, paired with a forward-thinking, mission-focused mindset.
As the Corps continues to grow—especially with the recent launch of the 420T Talent Acquisition Technician MOS—tributes like this reinforce the pride, professionalism, and camaraderie that define the Warrant Officer community.
