CHAPTER MISSION STATEMENT: The AGCRA Fountain City Chapter will promote a lasting fraternal bond of professionalism and friendship between serving, retired, and veteran members of the Adjutant General’s Corps and Army HR civilians, for the purpose of encouraging mutual camaraderie, promoting esprit de corps, and enhancing member services amongst all Army Human Resource Professionals and Army Bands within the Fort Moore Tri-City area.
